Some things never change...
This is a great training film. Music tastes, fashion, demographics, all may change. However, the human body and criminal nature have been the same for a very long time. One of the trainers featured reminded me of John Styers, author of the combatives classic Cold Steel. If you are a law and order type, you will get a kick out of seeing how little some things have changed, and how much other things have!
